How do I care for my Howdy Honey gear?
Wash inside out on cold setting. Hang or tumble dry on low setting.
What are shoulder tags?
All of our products include a shoulder tag- our logo (either on the right shoulder or center) that is
approximately 3" across and very subtle. This is how you know you're getting an authentic Howdy Honey product.
When do you ship?
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS. Purchases are shipped within
3-5 business days (business days do not include weekends or Holidays).
Howdy Honey is not responsible for undelivered, misdelivered (due to incorrect address), or packages that are damaged or destroyed in transit.

Returns and Exchanges?
Returns will only be accepted on full-price merchandise (non sale). We
must be contacted within 3 business days of you receiving your order. The date received is determined by the USPS tracking date of delivery. To
be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused, new condition.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for
our return address and include your order number. Credits can take an
additional 2 – 10 business days to post to your account, depending on
your credit card. Refunds on returns/exchanges will be processed MINUS
shipping. Customer is also responsible for return shipping. Returns/exchanges must be received within 14 days of notice of intent to return/exchange.
